4. At the axle reference mark, draw a line up the pant, pointing 20 degrees aft. Project this line to the top centerline of the pant and mark the location for the 2" strut hole.
I'll try to verify this method once I get the pant halves glassed back together and the other holes/cuts patched. The wheel pants are expensive, so I'll try to salvage this part.
